At Rutherglen LTC, our Junior Improver Programme is designed for young players who are ready to take their game to the next level. Led by our team of highly qualified and experienced coaches, this programme offers more focused, high-quality sessions tailored to those aiming to compete in team or individual events. With an emphasis on developing technical skills, tactical awareness, and match confidence, we provide a supportive and challenging environment where players can grow and thrive on their competitive tennis journey. Backed by a strong track record of developing talent from club level to national success, we’re committed to helping every player reach their full potential.
Our U12 Improver classes are designed for developing players who are ready to build on their foundation and grow their game. These focused, high-quality training sessions bring together children from our core coaching programme into smaller, performance-oriented groups. With greater emphasis on tactical awareness, consistency, and confidence in competitive play, players will improve through engaging drills, match-based scenarios, and continued enjoyment of the sport.
Our Improver Programme is paid by monthly subscription. The breakdown of various monthly options are:
Member - Single Class (45mins) - £18
Member - Single Class (60mins) - £22
Non-Member - Single Class (45mins) - £22
Non-Member - Single Class (60mins) - £26
Unlimited Package - £40
Sibling Multi-Class Package - £36/child
Once you've booked your child into their chosen classes, our team will ensure you're set up on the most suitable monthly plan based on your selections.

This class is covered by a regular payment every month.
Subscription: 🎾 Coaching Programme Subscription Summary
✅ Our programme runs for 36 coaching weeks per year, with 3 additional weeks reserved as catch-up weeks in case of cancellations (e.g. weather).
✅ Your monthly payment is based on the full annual cost, split into 12 equal and manageable payments – no large upfront termly fees.
✅ Payments are collected on the 1st of each month via a rolling monthly subscription. You’ll be auto-enrolled unless you cancel in advance (see below).
✅ If you join mid-month, a pro-rata payment will be added to your first month to cover any sessions before the 1st. This payment does not occur for the new term starting in August.
✅ Missed a session? The fee remains the same for absences due to holidays or illness – however, in exceptional cases of prolonged illness or injury, please contact us to discuss possible adjustments.
✅ If we cancel a session (e.g., due to weather), we will offer a catch-up class. If this isn’t possible, we’ll invite you to attend an alternative session, or in rare cases, apply a credit.
✅ To cancel your subscription, you must email us at jonny.rutherglenltc@gmail.com at least 7 days before the 1st of the month. Cancellations submitted after this will not apply to the next payment.
✅ Minimum sign-up period: 3 months – this helps maintain continuity in classes, supports group development, and ensures the best possible experience and enjoyment for all children.
✅ Multiple children or multiple classes? If you are due any discounts, you will be notified before your first payment is processed.
